Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of an order already placed with a payment confirmed, is subject to the following conditions set out below.
If you cancel your order and it has not yet been dispatched by any of the courier services, the following will result:
- 5% charge on the total payment made to our account will be deducted.
- Full amount paid for delivery will be refunded
If you cancel your order and it has already been despatched but is still at the Pretoria depo, the following cost will result:
- 5% charge on the total payment made to our account will be deducted.
- Full amount paid for delivery will be retained in order to cover the courier fee.
No order can be cancelled if the parcel has been dispatched from the courier depo in Pretoria. Refunds will be made into your bank account in 2–4 working days.
