Defective Merchandise
If your product is damaged or faulty on delivery, please contact me at info@pureplesier.co.za within 24 hours so that we can rectify the problem. Use your order number as reference and give a detailed description of the problem. I will contact you as soon as possible to let you know how to proceed further.
Most toys bought from The Bedroom Pretoria, have a 1 year warranty on them. Please read your instruction letter with regards to the product when you receive your parcel. This will advise you on your warranty. Keep you packaging as well as you slip for any exchange within the warranty period.
Only products that come with a warranty may be exchanged if defective within the warranty period. Adult toys must be returned in original packaging as well as the till slip. Unfortunately NO toy can be returned without or with damaged packaging or a slip.
Once I have received and checked your product and determined the problem, I will be able to establish the best option for you. Please note refunds and repairs are dependent on our supplier’s inspection report and need to eliminate the possibility of deliberate misuse. If I am unable to replace your product with the same, I will offer you the option of a fully redeemable voucher. The process will take between 5 to 10 working days.
Opened Merchandise
Unfortunately due to the nature of my products, I cannot accept opened, used or non-defective items for credit or exchange. I do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of the products.
