Atrophic vaginitis is a disorder that consists of the thinning of the walls of the vagina and a decrease in its lubrication. Which produces greater vaginal dryness and inflammation.  It is caused, fundamentally, by a decrease in estrogens, which are the main female sex hormone, being a very frequent problem in women with menopause (50% of women affected by menopause suffer from Vaginal Atrophy), influencing both their functionality sexual and quality of life. It can affect women in all stages of life; even women who have had sex comfortably for years.  When a man tries to have intercourse with a woman, the muscle group of the pelvic floor goes into spasm and tightens, closing the entrance to the vagina, making intercourse impossible and painful. This type of vaginismus makes penetration impossible.  In other cases of vaginismus, penetration may be possible, but the woman experiences periods of involuntary contraction that cause burning, discomfort, or pain.

How is INTIMICHIC DILATOR used?

It is a matter of first applying a little water-based lubricant to the entrance of the vagina (the volume of a chestnut approximately) and massaging gently for 2 or 3 minutes.  Next take the smallest INTIMICHIC DILATOR element. Apply equally to the lubricant tip in the same proportions.  Start pressing to introduce it into the vagina in a smooth and progressive way. If you notice dryness, add lubricant.  You can continue exercising for 10 to 15 minutes by making small rocking movements. It is important to bear in mind that the contraction of the vaginal muscles is adverse, so if it occurs, the exercise must be interrupted.  The objective is the relaxation of the vaginal area as well as the search for the pleasure that accompanies it, so the use of a very comfortable place to perform the exercises and the accompaniment of soft music are indicated.
